another weekend of going to the farmer's market making Gazpacho and grilling out. More Kayaking lessons today and I'm sore like I haven't been since quitting crew. Today we learned to do a bow rescue, and I only flipped once accidentally, right near the instructor and thankfully not near any rocks - so he just flipped me right back over.
